Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number or proof of purchase.

If your return is eligible, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

You can always contact us for any return question. 

Please note that beauty and personal care products are subject to additional restrictions outlined in the Exceptions section below. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Read exceptions / non-returnable section for more information.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

Final sales: Due to the nature of beauty and personal care products, all sales are final, except in circumstance of defective or faulty products on seller's behalf. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect color selection, or personal preference such as scent or texture. We encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions, shades, and photos before completing their purchase.

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damaged or Defective Items: We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or faulty, we will make it right. To be eligible for a refund, credit or replacement, you must:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide your order number/proof of purchase.
Include clear photos of the damaged or defective item and its packaging.


Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a refund, or replacement at our discretion.

Mislabeled product (wrong ingredients listed vs. what's inside)

Packaging that won't open or close properly (e.g. broken cap, faulty dropper)

Product container is leaking, crushed, cracked or opened because it wasn't packed securely

Products fulfilled by error: Wrong item sent by seller.

Expired products

Separated or discolored formula that indicates a defect

Contaminated product

Serum or cream that has an off smell indicating spoilage before opening

Customer must make contact with Glow Babe Beauty Shop in accordance with return/refund policy.

Counterfeit product or item not-as-described. See more information below.

Counterfeit Products:

A fake or imitation product sold as if it were a genuine brand (e.g. selling a knockoff as authentic MAC, Charlotte Tilbury, etc.)

Products with fake logos, packaging, or branding designed to deceive

Not-as-Described Product:

The product received is materially different from what was listed

Examples for beauty products:

    • Listed as "full size" but arrived as a sample/mini
    • Listed as a specific shade but a different shade was sent
    • Listed as a specific formula (e.g. fragrance-free) but wasn't
    • Product ingredients differ significantly from what was advertised

Damage or issues caused during transit by the shipping carrier. Damage or issues include, but not limited to:

Package or items broken or crushed by the carrier after leaving our hands

Delivery delays or theft after confirmed delivery. Please refer to our shipping policy.

Customer ordered the wrong shade/size

Customer doesn't like the product: Dissatisfaction with color, scent, size or texture based on personal preference.

Allergic reactions (Please review all ingredients prior to purchasing. Use patch test before use to ensure your safety)

Lost orders or improper fulfillment due to customer errors at checkout. See below.

Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling or improper storage by customer. See below.

Damaged by Customer 

Dropped and broke the product after receiving it

Stored in extreme heat/cold (e.g. left in a hot car, causing melting or separation)

Opened incorrectly and damaged the pump, seal, or packaging

Used the product in a way not intended (e.g. using a facial product on a wound)

Expired because customer stored it improperly after opening

Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling or improper storage by carrier. See below.

Damaged by Carrier 

Package crushed, punctured, or soaked during transit

Delivery delays causing temperature-sensitive products to degrade

Package lost or stolen after confirmed delivery ("porch piracy")

Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Common customer checkout errors:

Entered the wrong shipping address

Selected the wrong shade, size, or quantity

Used the wrong discount code or forgot to apply one

Placed a duplicate order by accident

Ordered the wrong product entirely

Exchanges
The best method to ensure a smooth exchange on eligible, approved items is to make a separate purchase for the new item once your return/refund is approved in accordance with our 30-day return policy.

All other exchanges: Due to the nature of our products, exchanges are not available. If you received a defective or incorrect item, please refer to our 30-day policy and contact us within 48 hours to resolve it.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
